Retirement Board approves $7.4M investment allocation for FY27

Concord Retirement Board approves $7.4M investment and accepts lower office lease rates. The board unanimously directed the investment of the $7,374,992 annual appropriation to Fixed Income, the PRIT General Allocation Fund, and PRIT Core Real Estate. Board members also unanimously maintained monthly MassPrim Redemptions at $1 million.

In executive session, the board approved office lease terms at $23.50 per square foot, down from $24.50, with three months of free rent before a five-year August lease, and authorized Executive Director Jill Hersey to obtain insurance and execute the moving contract. The retirement portfolio ended May valued at $273.5 million with year-to-date performance of 5.2 percent.
