Concord Cultural Council workgroup increases small grant ranges to $200-$800, simplifies application process for individual artists. The working group, led by Chair Leda Zimmerman, revised the FY26 guidelines to remove references to out-of-town applicants and economic enhancement requirements while prioritizing applicants without funding in the past three years. Jack Megan and pianist Tanya Gailus provided input on grantmaking practices and artist challenges.
The group will present recommendations to the full council in July.
