CONCORD — Retirement Board adopts public records fee policy and lease-extension authority. The board unanimously approved a standardized fee schedule for public records requests, charging no fees for work under one hour and up to $25 per hour for longer requests, with electronic delivery as standard and physical copies at 5 cents per page. All four members also voted unanimously to authorize Chair Brian Whitney and Executive Director Jill Hersey to negotiate three one-year lease extension periods with the current landlord, whose contract expires in August 2026.
The board's portfolio manager Fiducient reported the retirement system reached $271 million in market value with annualized returns of 16.9 percent, outperforming its 14.3 percent benchmark.
