Concord Zoning Board conducts site visit on frontage exception variance. The five-member board, led by Chair Theo Kindermans, visited 262 Virginia Road on Thursday morning to review an application from Michael Gresty on behalf of property owner Irina Mladenova for a variance under Zoning Bylaw Sections 6.2.4 and 11.7 to allow an additional dwelling unit in the frontage exception area. Board members observed field markings for the proposed ADU location, driveway, and floodplain.

The 30-minute visit proceeded without questions from the board.
