Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of July 9, 2026

Concord Zoning Board approves five applications, continues two contested projects. The board unanimously approved special permits for a tourist home at 7 Seymour Street, a country club pump station at 1861 Sudbury Road, a 470 square foot addition at 195 Stow Street, a gas station renovation at 166 Commonwealth Avenue, and a deck at 111 Pilgrim Road, by 3-0 votes. Two applications drew neighborhood concerns and were continued to August 13: Keith Moritz's proposal to demolish an existing 2,283 square foot dwelling and construct a 5,780 square foot replacement at 448 Sudbury Road, and Michael Gresty's application for an accessory dwelling unit at 262 Virginia Road.
