CONCORD — Zoning Board of Appeals approves two residential additions exceeding 50 percent of existing floor area. Chair Theo Kindermans, Vice Chair Ravi Faiia, and Full Member Elizabeth Dwyer-Leonard unanimously approved a 1,089.6 square foot addition to the Donovan home at 62 Crest Street and an 832 square foot addition to the Amodio home at 36 Pond Street, both on nonconforming lots. The Board found both projects appropriately scaled and compatible with their neighborhoods.
A third application for Concord Country Store to renovate a gas station at 166 Commonwealth Avenue was continued without discussion to April 16, 2026.
