CONCORD — Zoning Board of Appeals approves personal training and karate as home occupations. The Board unanimously approved special permits for Dr. Zlata Gvozdenov to conduct personal training at 23 Hill Street and Ian Agranat to operate a karate studio at 970 Sudbury Road, both limited to one-year trial periods.

Gvozdenov's sessions are capped at four people and 20 participants per week, operating 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Agranat's karate classes are limited to 12 participants and eight vehicles, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Board also unanimously approved residential expansion permits for Keith Moritz and Brian and Mera Tilley.
