Concord Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves four accessory dwelling units at June meeting. The board approved special permits for ADUs at 199 Nashawtuc Road (825 sq. ft.), 131 Harrington Avenue (998 sq. ft.), 411 Bedford Street (999 sq. ft.), and 98 Jennie Dugan Road (900 sq. ft.), all conditioned on stormwater and health department clearance. Board members cited strong neighborhood support for each project.
The board also continued four applications to July 9, including a gas station redevelopment at 166 Commonwealth Avenue.
