Concord housing trust authorizes $350K bridge loan for property purchase. The Municipal Affordable Housing Trust voted 5-0 to release working capital funds to the Concord Housing Development Corporation for a home with mid-September closing expected, while also approving $50,000 for Junction Village pre-development planning by a 4-0 vote (Chair Matt Johnson recused). Trust member Keith Bergman reported that Concord's Subsidized Housing Inventory stood at 12.842 percent as of August, up from 10.039 percent in April 2025.
