The board awarded Varieka Construction $112,300 for the Powder Mill Road Bathroom Project, following a second consideration after OakRidge Construction withdrew; additional approvals included $36,720 in change orders for ASHP electrical work and $14,805 for driveway paving to We Can Do It. Year-end financials for June 2026 showed increased reserves.
