Trust approves April minutes, reviews $2.1M uncommitted balance.

Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of May 18, 2026

Concord's affordable housing trust reports $2.1 million uncommitted of $6 million deposited to date. Chair Keith Bergman presented a fund balance summary showing $3,912,405 committed to housing projects, with $1,292,285 in committed funds not yet disbursed. The Trust is projecting an uncommitted balance of $2,922,593 after July 1, 2026, when it receives $785,500 in new fiscal year 2027 Community Preservation Act funding.

Town Manager Kerry Lafleur reported consulting Town Counsel on whether the Town can conduct environmental study of the 91B Main Street property, noting state restrictions may apply; the Trust had previously rescinded a $629,000 commitment for the site.
