Concord housing trust votes $392K for NOVO project and elects new chair. The Municipal Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approved a $392,285 disbursement to the Town for sewer improvements for NOVO Riverside Commons' 51-unit affordable rental development at 292-294 Baker Avenue, with the project to be operated by assignee L&G 300 Baker LLC. The Trust also elected Matt Johnson chair and Mary Hartman vice chair, and voted unanimously to request state approval for a Level 2 environmental assessment at 91B Main Street, a surplus property the town is considering for housing development.
