Concord Personnel Board approves FY26 and FY27 pay plans

Concord Personnel Board approves compensation and incentive plans for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The board unanimously approved the FY26 Incentive Pay Plan, allowing employees retiring or resigning between May 1 and June 30 to receive the incentive component. The board also unanimously approved Miscellaneous Compensation Schedule No. 7-1, establishing per-diem paramedic positions supporting Fire Chief Brian Whitney's two-year Advanced Life Support expansion, with a long-term goal of 14 new paramedics.
For FY27, the board restricted incentive eligibility to employees retiring under Massachusetts Chapter 32 (excluding resignations) who remain employed through June 30.
