Concord deed data shows 17 property transfers in four-week span, top sale tops $5 million

Concord recorded 17 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, though only eight disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $550,000 to $5,305,000, with a median of $1,970,000. The month's top sale was 315 Musketaquid Rd at $5,305,000, a transfer between trustees of the same names on both sides of the deed. Ten of the 17 recorded transfers, including both condominium sales, involved matching or overlapping grantor and grantee names, consistent with trust, estate or family transfers rather than open-market sales, and none of those disclosed a price.
