Twenty Concord Home Sales Recorded in August, Topped by $2.85 Million Stow Street Deal
Concord recorded 20 property transfers between July 31 and August 29, with disclosed prices ranging from $625,000 to $2,850,000 and a median of $1,650,000 across the 13 sales that listed a sale price. The month's top sale was 25 Stow St. at $2,850,000, followed by 42 Sunnyside Lane at $2,450,000. Seven transfers carried no disclosed price, and six of those involved a grantor and grantee with matching surnames, consistent with family trust transfers rather than open-market sales. No street saw more than one recorded sale this period, and the data included one new-construction condominium sale alongside single-family transfers.
