Concord September Home Sales Range From $675,000 To $1.75 Million
Concord recorded 18 property transfers in September, but sale prices were available for only six as of this writing; the rest, mostly transfers into family trusts, typically carry no listed price. Among the six priced sales, figures ranged from $675,000 to $1,750,000, with a median of $801,070. The month's top sale was 156 Harrington Ave. at $1,750,000, sold by the Armocida family trust to William Spencer and Hilary Moss. Three of the six priced deals involved an LLC as buyer or seller. With two-thirds of filings being trust transfers rather than sales, the raw transfer count alone does not clearly indicate how active the resale market was.
