Concord's Priciest Deed of the Month Tops $3.3 Million

Concord recorded 18 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, seven of which carried a sale price so far, ranging from $675,000 to $3.3 million with a median of $1,135,000. Ten of the 18 deeds transferred property from individuals into a family trust, and none of those carried a recorded price. Two of the priced sales involved LLC buyers. Eleven of the 18 total sales have no price on file yet, which is typical for recently recorded deeds rather than a sign anyone withheld it.
