Warner's Pond committee continues RFP process, eyes recreational improvements
Warner's Pond Management Committee · Meeting of August 6, 2026
CONCORD — Warner's Pond Management Committee moves forward on consultant RFP and pond recreational improvements. Chaired by Christine Denaro, the committee heard from Natural Resources director Delia Kaye about revisions to a request for proposal for an ecological consultant with $193,656 budgeted for the contract. Finance counsel required removal of percentage-based qualifiers from RFP criteria to simplify the bidding process.
The revised RFP will be released in mid-to-late September, three weeks behind the committee's original timeline, while the committee also approved planning for recreational improvements to the pond.
