Town Manager Earned Bonus After Turbulent Year, Patch Reports

Concord's town manager received a performance bonus following a difficult stretch for the town, Concord Patch reported in its morning newsletter, as residents also look ahead to Tuesday's state primary election.

SCHOOLS

Concord Public Schools have no classes Friday, Sept. 4, and close again Monday, Sept. 7, for Labor Day, according to the district calendar. The Joint School Committee is scheduled to meet Sept. 9 from 6 to 9 p.m., with a Concord School Committee meeting to follow Sept. 23.
