Wednesday, August 26, 1:23 a.m. — Open Door: An officer checking the area of Main Street at Walden Street found an unsecured door; the building was checked and the door was secured.
Wednesday, August 26, 5:30 a.m. — Suspicious Vehicle: Officers checked a vehicle parked in the upper lot of Concord-Carlisle High School on Walden Street; the parties were sent on their way.
Wednesday, August 26, 8:18 a.m. — Traffic Complaint: A caller reported a possibly overweight lumber truck on Barretts Mill Road, expressing concern it could pull down wires; the vehicle was gone on officers' arrival.
Wednesday, August 26, 3:30 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Hit-and-Run: A party reported that while driving near Monument Square, a vehicle struck hers and fled. The striking vehicle was registered to a rental company; the operator was identified and responded to the station with the vehicle. A summons was issued for leaving the scene of a crash (property damage) and motor vehicle offenses.
Wednesday, August 26, 4:12 p.m. — Follow-Up: A follow-up investigation at Monument Square found no camera footage available.
Wednesday, August 26, 5:53 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A caller on the Commonwealth Avenue block reported being notified by Apple that an AirTag was following her. An officer responded and spoke with the caller; no AirTag was found. The caller was advised to call back if additional information became available.
Wednesday, August 26, 7:26 p.m. — Automated Crash Alert: A 911 automated crash notification was received from Mildred Circle; officers checked the area and found nothing.
Thursday, August 27, 3:57 a.m. — Vandalism: Fresh graffiti was discovered at the Walgreens and Keyes Road lot on the Lowell Road block. Report filed by Officer Tyros.
Thursday, August 27, 8:56 a.m. — Arrest: A subject with an outstanding warrant was observed on foot on Baker Avenue; officers confirmed the warrant through CJIS and transported the subject to Concord District Court. Thursday, August 27, 1:27 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-car crash with no reported injuries was investigated at Belknap Street at Grant Street.
Thursday, August 27, 1:27 p.m. — Vandalism: A damaged mailbox was reported and investigated on the Old Bridge Road block. Report filed.
Thursday, August 27, 2:15 p.m. — Lost Property: A caller reported a purple floral purse left on the roof of a car around 1 p.m. in the Fairhaven Road area; the bag was not located.
Thursday, August 27, 5:10 p.m. — Follow-Up / Request: A resident on the Nathan Pratt Drive block requested to speak with an officer. Report filed by Officer O'Connor.
Thursday, August 27, 8:15 p.m. — Noise Complaint: Callers reported a loud house party on Park Lane with numerous vehicles parked in the roadway; officers responded twice as the gathering continued to be audible from Coburn Hill Road. The homeowner was advised to lower the noise both times.
Thursday, August 27, 10:58 p.m. — Unattended Running Vehicle: A caller reported an unoccupied van that had been running in a parking lot on the Main Street block for over an hour. Officers investigated; the vehicle belonged to a delivery driver.
Friday, August 28, 6:55 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Summons: A motor vehicle stop near Old Marlboro Road at Cottage Street resulted in a summons for uninsured and suspended registration.
Friday, August 28, 12:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury: A two-car crash in the rear parking lot of the Old Road to Nine Acre Corner block left one occupant complaining of head and neck pain and initially unable to open the vehicle door; fire and EMS responded. The patient was transported by ambulance (basic life support) to Emerson Hospital. Report filed by Officer Miller.
Friday, August 28, 1:07 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident on the Powder Mill Road block reported an unannounced vehicle with multiple occupants in his driveway after dark; a woman emerged from near the garage and said she was a land surveyor. The resident's real estate agent had no such visit scheduled. Officers investigated and filed a report.
Friday, August 28, 1:38 p.m. — Computer Fraud / Larceny: A walk-in party reported being the victim of a tech-support scam: after clicking a link in a phishing email purporting to be from Microsoft, the caller provided remote computer access to unknown parties. Officers investigated; report filed by Officer Miller.
Friday, August 28, 6:03 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Emerson Hospital staff reported an unknown shirtless male bleeding from the mouth in a white sedan parked at the emergency department ambulance entrance on the Old Road to Nine Acre Corner block. The subject refused to identify himself and was picked up by a friend. Report filed by Officer Burman.
Friday, August 28, 6:51 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Application: A motor vehicle stop on Main Street in front of Station 2 resulted in a criminal application against the operator. A licensed operator arrived to take possession of the vehicle.
Saturday, August 29, 1:42 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop near Concord Turnpike at Elm Street led to an Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or Drugs) arrest. The subject was transported to the station and released on personal recognizance. Saturday, August 29, 6:35 a.m. — Alarm Activation: A burglar alarm at a Meriam Road address was investigated; no cause was found and the building checked secure.
Saturday, August 29, 8:40 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Bicycle: A car struck a bicyclist at the entrance to the parking lot on the Sudbury Road block; the cyclist sustained injuries to the legs and arms and complained of dizziness. The patient was transported by ambulance (basic life support) to Emerson Hospital. A citation was issued to the motor vehicle operator for failure to use care in turning.
Saturday, August 29, 12:57 p.m. — Report of Open Carry: A caller at Concord Turnpike reported seeing a male party openly carrying a firearm who then entered a vehicle with Maine plates and left the area; officers responded but the subject was gone on arrival.
Saturday, August 29, 10:02 a.m. — Larceny: Two males entered a pharmacy on the Main Street block attempting to exchange a $100 bill; one appeared to have taken a candy bar as they left. Officers spoke with the pharmacist and investigated.
Saturday, August 29, 5:15 p.m. — Annoying/Harassing Phone Call: A walk-in party reported receiving harassing phone calls. Report filed by Officer Robbins.
Saturday, August 29, 7:07 p.m. — NEMLEC Activation: Concord officers were activated for a NEMLEC Incident Management Team SWAT callout in Topsfield.
Saturday, August 29, 8:03 p.m. — Alarm Activation: An ADT-reported burglar alarm on Lang Street was investigated; the premises checked secure and the homeowner was on scene.
Saturday, August 29, 11:58 p.m. — Mutual Aid / Motor Vehicle Crash: Massachusetts State Police requested Concord's assistance with a two-vehicle crash on Route 2 westbound at Baker Avenue Extension; one person was injured. Concord officers assisted.
Sunday, August 30, 1:50 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop near Fairhaven Road led to an Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or Drugs) arrest after field sobriety testing conducted with the assistance of a Spanish-language interpreter. Sunday, August 30, 9:26 a.m. — Parking Complaint: Two vehicles parked on Old Stow Road at Main Street were found to be causing a hazard; operators were advised and vehicles were removed.
Sunday, August 30, 10:24 a.m. — Welfare Check / Medical: A hospital reported a patient left with an IV still in his arm. Officers and fire/EMS responded to an Arena Terrace address; contact was made and no medical assistance was needed.
Sunday, August 30, 10:26 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-car crash on Union Turnpike was investigated; Concord officers assisted with a paper exchange. Massachusetts State Police also responded.
Sunday, August 30, 12:05 p.m. — Request for Officer / Larceny Report: A resident on Thoreau Street reported that a neighbor entered her unit and took financial information. Report filed by Officer Lordan.
Sunday, August 30, 4:36 p.m. — Parking Complaint: Multiple vehicles were reported illegally parked on Hemlock Street; several vehicles were cited.
Sunday, August 30, 5:08 p.m. — Arrest / Shoplifting: A 7-Eleven on the Main Street block reported a shoplifting in progress; the suspect, described as a white male in a green jacket and shorts, fled on foot toward the West Concord Depot. Officers identified and arrested the subject. Report filed by Officer Germano (Case 26-22936). Sunday, August 30, 10:12 p.m. — Alarm Activation: A burglar alarm on the Strawberry Hill Road block was confirmed accidental by the homeowners, who were on scene.
