Conservation committee updates equipment and assigns monitoring work

CONCORD — Conservation Restriction Stewardship Committee approves equipment upgrades and monitoring assignments. The committee on June 23 approved replacement of aging tracking and tablet technology, with Chair Mary Ann Lippert presiding. Rose Kaforski, Assistant Natural Resources Director, introduced the Bad Elf Flex Mini tracking device, with members Annemarie Altman, Ellen Glendon, and the chair reporting strong performance during recent use.
The committee distributed monitoring assignments across 14 conservation restrictions, designating lead and assistant monitors to properties town-wide.
