CONCORD — Conservation Restriction Stewardship Committee addresses Main Street conservation restriction dispute where property owners have objected. Chair Mary Ann Lippert led the meeting with members Ellen Glendon and Art Schwope present, joined by Natural Resources Director Delia Kaye and Assistant Natural Resources Director Rose Kaforski. The conservation restriction at 2142/2160 Main Street was required by the Natural Resources Commission as a permitting condition for 2020 construction.

The committee brainstormed possible responses for further discussion between the Natural Resources Director and the Natural Resources Commission.
