Concord Conservation Restriction Stewardship Committee approves prior minutes and addresses field monitoring issues. Chair Mary Ann Lippert and committee members voted unanimously to approve the January 27, 2026 meeting minutes at the March 24 gathering. The committee identified persistent Bluetooth connectivity problems between iPad field equipment and a Bad Elf device, with Assistant Natural Resources Director Rose Kaforski agreeing to involve the town's GIS group.
Five conservation restrictions remain under active monitoring, with committee members assigned to contact Millstone and Black Birch property owners. The committee also assigned Burch and TPL Vogel for monitoring and agreed to transition file sharing from Google Drive to SharePoint for consistency with other town boards.
