CONCORD — The Conservation Restriction Stewardship Committee unanimously approved November 2025 minutes and assigned four new conservation restriction properties for monitoring and owner contact. Chair Mary Ann Lippert, Annemarie Altman, Ellen Glendon, and Art Schwope distributed assignments across four parcels: two Estabrook Road lots (Emerson), Hallenbeck properties on Lowell Road, Millstone on Ingham Lane, and Black Birch Lane. The committee also reported that an encroachment dispute at CR 55 Merriam Close has resolved through owner-neighbor discussions, with the Natural Resources Department remaining available as needed.
