Concord Cultural Council approves two spring grants unanimously.

Concord Cultural Council unanimously approves $1,000 in combined grants and shifts meeting times. Chair Tooey Rogers's council approved $500 each to the Concord Free Library's Pride Day activities and OARS Wild and Scenic Film Festival, with additional applications under review for May 8 decision. Council members reported outreach to prospective applicants including the World's Stage Players and pianist Tanya Gailus.
The council voted unanimously to move future meeting start times from 4 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and agreed to evaluate grants to repeat applicants on a case-by-case basis while prioritizing new applicants.
