Concord Climate Action Committee reviews proposals for action plan update. The committee discussed seven proposals on April 6 for the climate action and resilience plan update, including a carbon budgeting framework with a $100-per-ton shadow price, a consumption-based emissions inventory, green banking practices, and formalized Concord Municipal Light Plant roles in electrification.
