Warner's Pond Management Committee elects first chair.

CONCORD — The Warner's Pond Management Committee held its first meeting and unanimously elected Chris Denaro, co-chair of the Warner's Pond Task Force, as chair. The six-member committee will serve a five-year term with a final review of the Adaptive Management Plan scheduled for 2032. The group has approximately $193,000 available from an FY24 Community Preservation Act appropriation for restoration work and will meet on the first Thursday of each month at 3 p.m., with every fourth meeting held in the evening.
Committee members agreed to review the Warner's Pond Task Force resources, the Bare Hill Pond 2025 management plan, and the Draft Massachusetts Guide to Lake Management before the next session.
