CONCORD — Warners Pond Management Committee subgroup endorses adaptive-management process for pond planning. The Conceptual Model Subgroup, meeting March 26, approved a six-step adaptive-management framework aligned with the Massachusetts 2025 Draft Lake Management Guide, with a Pond Management Consultant assuming substantial implementation work once the Committee establishes high-level goals and scope. Dan Stapleton presented a revised GANTT chart with earlier RFP development and earlier consultant engagement.
A separate subgroup will populate the chart with expected timing and duration of tasks, then present to the full Committee for adjustment.
