CONCORD — Warner's Pond Management Committee subgroup redirects meeting toward ecological health indicators. The four-member Conceptual Model Subgroup, including Assistant Natural Resources Director Rose Kaforski, identified balanced nutrient levels, oxygen dynamics, and plant coverage as key concerns for the pond. Members agreed to present their findings alongside a first draft recreation activities list and a populated GANTT chart at the next full committee meeting to inform the first draft RFP.
The April 16 meeting ran two hours and included one public observer.
