Spencer Brook Road Closure Continues in Concord

CONCORD — Spencer Brook Road remains closed as Concord's roadway contractor continues work under a notice the town has kept posted this week. The closure comes as Town Hall also rolled out a new FY26 Grants Dashboard giving residents a clearer view of the grant funding the town has secured for community programs.

TOWN HALL The Town of Concord's roadway contractor continues work tied to the Spencer Brook Road closure, which began July 20; the town has not posted a reopening date. Separately, Town Hall this week launched its FY26 Grants Dashboard, a public tool the town says provides "clear insights into how the Town is leveraging grant opportunities to support our community."

Concord's roadway contractor is also continuing separate work on Old Bedford Road, Bedford Street, Lowell Road, Sudbury Road and Maple Street from August 10 through August 14, an update to the lane-closure schedule the town has been posting throughout the summer.
