Six of those transfers had a sale price recorded, ranging from $935,000 to $5,305,000, with a median of $2,137,500. The month's highest-priced transaction was a $5,305,000 transfer at 315 Musketaquid Road, though that deed moved the property into a trust held by its existing owners rather than to a new buyer. The next-highest recorded sale was 59 Elm St. at $3,495,000. Most of the month's transfers, 10 of 16, involved matching or related family names, and nine moved property into a trust, limiting how much the recorded data reveals about broader buyer demand.
