Concord Home Sale Tops $5 Million as Trust Transfers Dominate July Deeds
Concord recorded 16 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Six of those transfers disclosed a sale price, ranging from $935,000 to $5,305,000, with a median of $2,137,500. The month's highest-priced transaction was a $5,305,000 transfer at 315 Musketaquid Road, though that deed moved the property into a trust held by its existing owners rather than to a new buyer. The next-highest disclosed sale was 59 Elm St. at $3,495,000. Most of the month's transfers, 10 of 16, involved matching or related family names, and nine moved property into a trust, limiting how much the recorded data reveals about broader buyer demand.
