School committees plan Climate and Culture Framework

School Committee (CSC_CCRSC) · Meeting of July 30, 2026

Concord school committees' working group plans climate and culture framework for August. A joint working group of the Concord and Concord-Carlisle school committees met July 30 to discuss a Climate and Culture Framework for presentation to the full committees in August. Chaired by Brian Waterson and Sandeep Pisharody, the group reviewed data metrics and indicators, with Dr.

Laurie Hunter, Superintendent of Schools, noting that Panorama software could provide data broken out by grade level. The framework will incorporate DESE academic and MCAS data, Challenge Success data, and DESE Racial Imbalance Advisory Council reports. Working group member Michael Williams moved to adjourn, and the motion passed unanimously.
