Concord schools approve $400,000 capital transfer to move Amenities Building Project forward. The Concord-Carlisle Regional School Committee unanimously approved the transfer from the Capital Stabilization Fund to cover the sewer connection fee, which came in at $270,000 to $280,000, and owner's project manager and design engineering services. The committee also unanimously appointed Dore + Whittier as project manager from three proposals.
Assistant Superintendent Robert Conry noted the district will retain the lower sewer rate prior to town-wide rate increases.
