The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Concord Police Department's official public log for the period September 16-20, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Wednesday, September 16, 4:24 a.m. — Arrest: Police responded to a 911 call reporting a vehicle in a resident's driveway on Musketaquid Road with a person inside; the vehicle fled through multiple streets before stopping near the courthouse and was tracked outbound on Elm Street and Route 2 before stopping. The operator was arrested by Officer Germano; name, age, and specific charges were not stated in the log.

Wednesday, September 16, 6:42 a.m. — MV Crash: A passerby reported a hit-and-run on Commonwealth Avenue involving a white Toyota RAV4 and a black Toyota Highlander with minor damage; police checked the area with negative findings.

Wednesday, September 16, 11:20 a.m. — MV Crash: A resident reported her car was struck while parked near Lexington Road and Old Bedford Road on September 7; a report was filed.

Wednesday, September 16, 4:07 p.m. — Larceny: An e-bike was reported stolen from a hospital on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner sometime between 10 a.m. and noon; a report was filed.

Wednesday, September 16, 11:39 p.m. — Well-Being Check: Police located and checked on a resident on Border Road after his wife, traveling out of state, was unable to reach him; he was found to be fine.


Thursday, September 17, 9:36 a.m. — Follow-Up: A Westford Road resident came to the station to discuss an incident involving his son from the previous night; an officer met with him.

Thursday, September 17, 1:52 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A male party previously no-trespassed from a store on Elm Street was reported raising his voice inside before leaving on foot; he was located nearby but refused to identify himself.

Thursday, September 17, 2:45 p.m. — Larceny: Emerson Hospital security reported an employee's e-bike was stolen the previous day by a person captured on video; a report was filed.

Thursday, September 17, 9:01 p.m. — Traffic Complaint: A caller reported an erratic driver in a blue Subaru Forester near Concord Center; the vehicle was stopped near Old Marlboro Road and the driver was found to be inexperienced with no further issues.

Thursday, September 17, 9:56 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident reported a large truck removing items from a neighbor's home on Garfield Road; police determined it was a trash removal company picking up dumpsters.

Thursday, September 17, 11:34 p.m. — Well-Being Check: A caller reported his mother was not at her Keyes Road residence as expected; she was located and had been transported to Emerson Hospital.


Friday, September 18, 1:21 a.m. — Alarm: A resident on Walden Street reported her alarm company detected entry into her home; the activation was later determined to be a false signal tied to an address in Eastham, where occupants were confirmed safe by Eastham Police.

Friday, September 18, 1:01 p.m. — Larceny: A walk-in reported a stolen check; a report was filed by Inspector Holsinger.

Friday, September 18, 1:05 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident on Abbott Lane requested to speak with an officer regarding suspicious activity; a report was filed by Detective Lopez.

Friday, September 18, 10:54 p.m. — Well-Being Check: An anonymous caller reported a cashier on Thoreau Street appeared impaired and unable to complete transactions; the employee was checked and found not impaired.

Friday, September 18, 11:41 p.m. — Disturbance: A resident on Middle Street reported several people drinking and smoking near a dumpster; the area was checked and the individuals were gone on arrival.


Saturday, September 19, 12:06 a.m. — Disturbance: A resident reported about five men drinking near a dumpster off Thoreau Street; one was assisted with an Uber ride and no additional parties were located.

Saturday, September 19, 8:05 a.m. — MV Crash: A single-vehicle collision into a parked trailer was reported at Elm Street and Crescent Road; fire and ambulance responded, one person was transported to Emerson Hospital, and the road was reopened after the vehicle was towed.

Saturday, September 19, 9:09 a.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A Newbury Court resident reported being scammed; a report was filed.

Saturday, September 19, 1:58 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Emerson Hospital emergency staff requested police assistance with a manic, uncooperative subject privately transported by family for evaluation, with an unconfirmed possible weapon; police confirmed no weapon and the transport was voluntary.

Saturday, September 19, 3:11 p.m. — MV Stop/Summons: A vehicle stop at Fitchburg Turnpike and Plainfield Road found the operator driving with a revoked registration and no insurance; the operator was summonsed for operating after revocation and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Saturday, September 19, 7:55 p.m. — Disturbance: A caller reported three people arguing verbally and physically at Union Street and Willow Street; officers found the parties calm on arrival and determined the dispute was verbal only.


Sunday, September 20, 2:00 p.m. — Breaking and Entering: Staff on Main Street reported someone broke in overnight and stole money from the register; a report was filed by Officer Tyros.

Sunday, September 20, 6:20 p.m. — MV Stop/Summons: A vehicle stop on Cambridge Turnpike found the operator driving with a suspended registration and no insurance; the operator was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration, no insurance, speeding, and no inspection.
