CONCORD — Public Ceremonies Committee approves checklists for Patriots' Day and Honored Citizen events. Chair Holly Legault convened five members and approved minutes from previous meetings. Nick Purinton will obtain sound system quotes, and the committee identified parade volunteer needs for final discussion at the March 11 meeting.
Members plan to draft a save-the-date message in mid-March. Three future meetings are scheduled through April 9. Public attendee John Hickling raised concerns about FFA form requirements and global events affecting participation.
