CHA approves revised snow removal policy

Concord Housing Authority · Meeting of March 5, 2026

Concord Housing Authority tightens snow removal requirements for residents. Chair Stephan Bader presided over the March 5 meeting where the five-member board unanimously approved a revised Snow Removal Policy requiring residents to clear snow within 24 hours of storms and restrict parking in designated maintenance spots. The revision follows a difficult winter marked by multiple heating failures and heavy snow events that tested maintenance staff.

The authority also discussed potential management of town properties at Barrett's Mill Farm, Harrington House, and Marshall Farm after Director Jennifer Polito and board members toured Barrett's Mill Farm in early March.
