CONCORD — Public Ceremonies and Celebrations Committee approves prior minutes and event spending. Chair Holly Legault oversaw a Zoom meeting on March 11 in which the committee approved $94.06 in expenses for the Honored Citizen Gift and conducted script and checklist reviews for the Honored Citizen, Meriam's Corner, Dawn Salute, and Patriots' Day events. For Patriots' Day specifically, the committee reviewed applications, discussed sound system options, and agreed to finalize volunteer needs and draft a mid-March save-the-date message.
The committee will meet in person on March 26 at 6 p.m.
