Historical Commission approves 2/12 minutes, plans preservation plan rollout.

CONCORD — The Concord Historical Commission finalized its public launch strategy for the town's historic preservation plan, scheduling presentations to six municipal boards and committees between April and May. Chair Douglas J. Ellis confirmed his willingness to continue as Chair, and the commission noted that Members Melissa Saalfield and Nancy Nelson will depart around town meeting.
Town Planner Elizabeth Hughes and Senior Planner Christine Zale will create an online survey for public feedback, with a May 8 deadline for written comments. The commission also approved its February 12 meeting minutes unanimously and will present the final plan and public input to the Select Board after Town Meeting.
