Historic Districts Commission views Black Heritage Trail marker sites

CONCORD — Historic Districts Commission holds site visit for Black Heritage Trail markers. The June 17 site visit included Chair Kate Chartener, Vice Chair Tim Whitney, members Walter Clay and Bill Huyett, associate members Louis Caldarella, Kristen Dahlmann, and Jeffrey Young, and Senior Planner Ann Clifford, who met with Mimi Graney, the Town of Concord's representative. The proposed markers would be installed on town-owned property at 7A and 22 Monument Square, a town-owned right of way adjacent to 12 Lexington Road, and private property at 58 Monument Square, 19 Sudbury Road, 54 Walden Street, and 169 Main Street.

The minutes note that 12 Lexington Road was indicated as incorrect and could not be considered.
