Commission approves four applications; one continued for revisions

Concord's Historic Districts Commission approves four applications unanimously. The five-member commission voted 5-0 on May 27 to approve property applications including a kitchen vent at 10 Wood Street, a fieldstone wall restoration at Heywood Meadow funded through Community Preservation Act resources, and a major renovation of 83 Monument Street with painted Marvin Ultimate wood windows specified throughout. Amanda Calabro's application for 320 Lowell Road was continued to June 17 after commission concerns about door design and lighting non-compliance.
Senior Planner Ann Clifford presented information on historic marker standards and the town's draft preservation plan.
