Concord Home Sales Range From $550,000 to $3.15 Million in Late Summer Deed Filings

Concord recorded 19 property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $550,000 to $3,150,000, with a median of $1,725,000. The month's top sale was a $3,150,000 transaction on a Concord property whose street address was not listed in the deed record, sold by Bradford Street LLC to Development LLC. Ten of the 19 transfers listed no sale price, including eight that appear to be transfers within the same family into or out of a trust. Highland Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale.
