Concord Retirement Board awards Lazard international equity contract. The board voted unanimously to hire Lazard over Acadian, consolidating the emerging markets portfolio for a term of up to seven years after hearing presentations from both finalists; Fiducient representatives noted Lazard offered lower fees. The system's portfolio finished 2025 at $265 million with a 12.0 percent return, exceeding its benchmark by 50 basis points.
The board unanimously approved three superannuation retirements from the Concord Municipal Light Plant — John McGarry (46 years, 7 months), Donna DeGray (12 years), and Ann Breitenwisher (38 years) — and approved mileage and toll reimbursement for Executive Director Jill Hersey, effective January 1, 2026.
