Concord Retirement Board approves new auditor and hires office assistant.

Retirement Board · Meeting of February 25, 2026

Concord Retirement Board backs Roselli & Clark as new audit contractor. The board unanimously approved an agreement with Roselli & Clark to conduct annual retirement system audits beginning calendar year 2025 at $15,000 for CY24, matching the prior rate from CBIZ. In related action, Executive Director Jill Hersey's proposal to hire Marie McCahon as a part-time Retirement Office Assistant at $30 per hour, up to 20 hours weekly, passed unanimously; Hersey cited McCahon's HR background and prior town service.

The board also unanimously approved the draft CY 2024 audit findings, which identified enrollment delays and misclassified pensionable items now corrected, and approved superannuation retirement applications for Christine Kelleher and Charles Baker, both with over 25 years of service.
