Concord Housing Authority approves FY27 plan with funding concerns flagged

Concord Housing Authority · Meeting of July 2, 2026

CONCORD — The Concord Housing Authority approves FY27 plan and corrects construction project award. The board unanimously approved the FY27 Annual Plan while requesting follow-up feedback to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities regarding reported funding source discrepancies exceeding $2 million. The board also unanimously awarded the Powder Mill Road bathroom project to OakRidge Construction for $100,900, correcting an earlier disqualification of the lowest bidder.

Additional unanimous votes approved a $50 annual rent increase for four units at Old Bedford Road for three years, subject to regional housing office approval, and an updated Work Order Policy that includes Air Source Heat Pumps and distinguishes between emergency and regular work procedures.
