Concord Planning Board backs Nashawtuc pump station, continues Fenn School athletic center. The Board recommended approval to the Zoning Board of Appeals for Nashawtuc Country Club's replacement irrigation pump station at 1861 Sudbury Road; the Country Club proposes compensatory storage at 1.64 to 1, exceeding the required 1.5 to 1 ratio. The Fenn School's proposed 16,000-square-foot athletic center at 516 Monument Street was continued to July 28, with staff requesting additional information on sight lines at a new Carr Road exit, lighting compliance, geothermal system details, emergency power and access, and Fire Department confirmation.
