The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Concord Police Department's official public log for the period February 25–March 3, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 12:03 a.m. — Roadway Complaint: A resident on Marthas Point Road reported a large plow truck parked with lights shining into the residence for approximately an hour; the vehicle was gone on arrival.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 6:35 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on Cambridge Turnpike resulted in a summons to the operator for speeding and unlicensed operation.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 7:41 a.m. — Roadway Obstruction: A caller on the 10000 block of Riverside Avenue reported construction equipment off-loaded into the street, posing a potential hazard to plows; the operator agreed to move the equipment if a plow approached.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 9:48 a.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A motor vehicle was reported stuck in a snowbank on the 10000 block of Baker Avenue Extension; the vehicle was pushed free.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 10:51 a.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A resident on the 8000 block of Alcott Road reported receiving a scam call falsely identifying as Concord Police Department.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 4:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at Monument Square; parties exchanged information.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 4:57 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A motor vehicle crash was reported in a parking lot on the 9000 block of Walden Street; investigated by Officer Simpson.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 5:00 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A motor vehicle crash was reported on the 9000 block of Bedford Street; both vehicles were operable. Report by Officer Germano.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 4:26 p.m. — Welfare Check: Officers responded to Route 2 East near Old Road to Nine Acre Corner for a person walking along the highway; the subject was located and transported to Concord Depot.
Wednesday, Feb. 25, 11:33 p.m. — Roadway Disturbance: A resident on Ministerial Drive was reported standing in the roadway and shining a flashlight at plow operators, preventing snow removal; the individual was advised not to impede snow removal and returned to the residence.
Thursday, Feb. 26, 4:02 a.m. — Traffic Signal Malfunction: Traffic lights at the intersection of Main Street and Baker Avenue were reported blinking and appeared damaged; a contractor was en route.
Thursday, Feb. 26, 9:50 a.m. — Traffic Complaint: Commercial vehicles from a Main Street construction project were reported using Conant Street in violation of restrictions; a traffic citation was issued.
Thursday, Feb. 26, 12:22 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported on Elm Street near Concord Gas; parties exchanged information.
Thursday, Feb. 26, 2:00 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A walk-in reported identity theft at the 1000 block of Great Meadows Road; report by Officer Simpson.
Friday, Feb. 27, 9:35 a.m. — Railroad Crossing Obstruction: A piece of equipment became stuck on the tracks at the Baker Avenue railroad crossing; Boston West Tower was advised to hold trains. The obstruction was removed and the tower was notified.
Friday, Feb. 27, 9:48 a.m. — Fraud Alert: Middlesex Savings Bank on the 5000 block of Main Street reported a Concord resident attempting to withdraw funds in what the bank believed was a scam; officers responded and found no suspicious activity.
Friday, Feb. 27, 12:55 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries on Route 2 Eastbound near Walden Street was handled by State Police.
Friday, Feb. 27, 3:55 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash on Route 2 West prior to the rotary was cleared with parties on their way.
Friday, Feb. 27, 7:56 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident on the 3000 block of Park Lane reported a person in the backyard on three separate occasions; officers checked the property, found it secure, and noted no tracks in the snow outside the residence.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 4:05 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm activation was reported on the 5000 block of Lexington Road; exterior checks were secure, cause unknown.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 10:46 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident on the 600 block of Brook Trail Road reported a shirtless male jogger who had urinated in a snowbank; officers checked Main Street to the town line, Commonwealth Avenue, and Church Street but did not locate the subject. Report by Inspector Holsinger.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 2:35 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm activation was reported on the 10000 block of Walden Street; area checked, cause unknown.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 3:00 p.m. — Traffic Complaint: A motorist reported a silver SUV cutting off a vehicle on Route 2 Eastbound and forcing it into a snowbank; Acton Police and State Police Concord Barracks were notified. The vehicle could not be located.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 4:19 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash at the Route 2 rotary was handled by State Police.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 4:28 p.m. — Emergency Repair: National Grid reported emergency repair work on Frances Street; a supervisor was on scene.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 5:49 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A walk-in on the 10000 block of Nathan Pratt Drive reported fraudulent activity on an email account and cellphone; report by Officer Miller.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 11:09 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A caller on the 11000 block of Beharrell Street reported a possibly compromised debit card; no funds were lost and the card was locked.
Sunday, March 1, 11:38 a.m. — Firearms Report: A caller on the 4000 block of Shagbark Road reported finding what she believed to be a firearm in a family member's nightstand; officers determined the item was a vintage toy transformer gun.
Monday, March 2, 12:07 a.m. — Deer Strike: A motorist on Route 2 at Walden Street reported striking a deer; no damage to the vehicle and the deer ran away.
Monday, March 2, 2:34 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm activation was reported on the 8000 block of Sudbury Road; exterior checks were clear, cause unknown.
Monday, March 2, 1:11 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on Route 2 West near Old Road to Nine Acre Corner revealed an active warrant and suspended license; a summons was issued to the operator for operation after suspension. Report by Officer Burman.
