The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Concord Police Department's official public log for the period June 24–29, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, June 24, 3:24 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: Citation issued to the registered operator for speeding near Concord Turnpike and Elm Street.
Wednesday, June 24, 7:35 a.m. — Animal Control: A passerby reported a sickly fox walking in the road near the 2800 block of Lowell Road; Animal Control was notified.
Wednesday, June 24, 7:51 a.m. — Animal Control: Officers responded to the Keyes Road municipal lot on reports of a fox; the animal was found to have mange.
Wednesday, June 24, 10:25 a.m. — NEMLEC SWAT: A Concord sergeant responded to a call-out in the City of Lowell as part of a regional SWAT activation.
Wednesday, June 24, 12:10 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: Summons issued to the registered operator for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating after suspended registration, near Concord Turnpike and Old Road to Nine Acre Corner.
Wednesday, June 24, 1:20 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A vehicle was reported struck while parked at a Walden Street business; a report was filed.
Wednesday, June 24, 2:04 p.m. — Roadway Obstruction: A tree down near Laws Brook Road and Sunnyside Lane was blocking the roadway; the tree crew responded and the road was cleared.
Wednesday, June 24, 6:24 p.m. — Wires: Low-hanging wires reported at a Ministerial Drive address; officers confirmed the wires were off to the side of the house and posed no hazard.
Wednesday, June 24, 6:56 p.m. — Found Property: A firearm was turned in at a Mattison Drive address by a new homeowner who discovered it in the garage; placed in evidence.

Thursday, June 25, 1:04 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Route 2 westbound near the rotary on Concord Turnpike revealed an active warrant; two passengers were also transported. The operator's name, age, and town of residence were not recorded in the log. (See REVIEW section.)
Thursday, June 25, 12:33 p.m. — Larceny: A walk-in report was filed for larceny of plants from a property on Caterina Heights; a report was filed.
Thursday, June 25, 2:53 p.m. — Traffic Complaint: Lincoln Police reported an erratic operator headed into Concord on Virginia Road; the be-on-the-lookout was subsequently cancelled by Lincoln Police after the witness provided an inaccurate plate and vehicle description.
Thursday, June 25, 3:42 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash with no injuries and no airbag deployment near Monument Street and Court Lane resulted in a paper exchange only.
Thursday, June 25, 4:52 p.m. — Found Property: A brown leather wallet was turned in to a store clerk on Walden Street; a report was filed.
Friday, June 26, 7:14 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation at a residence on Annursnac Hill Road (listed in log as Old Marlboro Road); exterior checks were secure, cause unknown.
Friday, June 26, 9:24 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A caller reported an unfamiliar vehicle in a driveway on Old Marlboro Road; officers confirmed the occupant was a contractor who had parked off-street due to utility work in the area.
Friday, June 26, 11:48 a.m. — Found Property/Firearm: A new homeowner on Mattison Drive found a firearm in the garage and turned it in; placed in evidence by Officer Fitzgerald.
Friday, June 26, 4:00 p.m. — Found Property: A driver's license found near Balls Hill Road (October Farm Riverfront area) was turned in at the station; the owner was reached and responded to retrieve it.
Friday, June 26, 4:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle vs. Dog: A witness reported a motor vehicle strike a small white dog near Lowell Road and Indian Spring Road; the vehicle and dog were gone on arrival. Animal Control was advised and identified a matching description to a lost dog reported near Hugh Cargill Road.
Friday, June 26, 5:56 p.m. — Safety Hazard: A large hole in the sidewalk near Church Street, associated with roadwork, was identified; cones were placed at the site.
Friday, June 26, 11:33 p.m. — Road Sign Down: A stop sign was found down near Thoreau Street and Walden Street; the sign was moved to the side and the Highway Department was notified.
Saturday, June 27, 12:33 a.m. — Disturbance: Residents reported a loud party at White Pond Beach on Plainfield Road; Lincoln Police responded jointly with Concord officers. Parties were found swimming, advised of beach hours, and departed.
Saturday, June 27, 3:01 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Concord Turnpike at Main Street (Route 2 westbound) led to an Operating Under the Influence of Liquor arrest. The operator's name, age, and town of residence were not included in the log. (See REVIEW section.)
Saturday, June 27, 6:13 a.m. — Traffic Complaint: Lincoln Police reported an erratic operator on Route 2 westbound; officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Saturday, June 27, 10:49 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash on Route 2 eastbound at the rotary (Union Turnpike area) with no reported injuries; Massachusetts State Police responded and handled the incident.
Saturday, June 27, 12:59 p.m. — Dog Bite (Prior Incident): A resident on Winthrop Street reported a dog bite that occurred June 23 at Main Street; the incident had not been previously reported. Animal Control was notified.
Saturday, June 27, 8:14 p.m. — Hit and Run (Reported): A caller on Main Street reported a vehicle had been sideswiped while parked; review of footage from a nearby business determined the vehicle was not struck while parked in town, and the reporting party was advised.
Saturday, June 27, 10:25 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Callers reported two males approaching a Strawberry Hill Road property around 8:00 p.m.; officers found no vehicles or persons in the area on arrival.
Saturday, June 27, 10:25 p.m. — Arrest: A 911 caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street near Brook Trail Road, unable to maintain lanes and nearly striking two vehicles; officers located and stopped the vehicle. The operator was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI-L). The operator's name, age, and town of residence were not included in the log. (See REVIEW section.)
Sunday, June 28, 10:23 a.m. — Hit and Run: A vehicle was reported struck in a parking area on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner; officers followed up with security for camera footage, and a report was filed.
Sunday, June 28, 6:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop/Summons: A motor vehicle stop near Route 2 eastbound at Old Road to Nine Acre Corner resulted in a summons to the registered operator for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating after suspended registration.
Sunday, June 28, 8:10 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Incident: A driver on Old Marlboro Road reported striking an unknown object while turning around; Sudbury Police reported a planter and rock had been struck near a nearby event venue and requested the driver contact their station.
Monday, June 29, 12:29 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: Citation issued to the operator for speeding near Concord Turnpike and Old Road to Nine Acre Corner.
Monday, June 29, 7:48 a.m. — Well-Being Check: Officers responded to a report of a man standing near the rotary on Commonwealth Avenue holding a silver platter; the individual was spoken with and moved along without incident.
Monday, June 29, 2:53 p.m. — Parking Complaint: Multiple vehicles parked on Hemlock Street were obstructing through traffic; four parking citations were issued.
Monday, June 29, 2:50 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A citation was issued to the registered operator for failure to yield at Lexington Road and Monument Square.
