The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Concord Police Department's official public log for the period January 14–20, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, January 14, 12:33 a.m. — Traffic Complaint: A caller reported the operator of a dark-colored Nissan appeared intoxicated and left Main Street with lights off; officers checked Main Street to Route 2 and the rotary but were unable to locate the vehicle.
Wednesday, January 14, 9:01 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A family member reported a SIM card opened fraudulently in a Sudbury resident's name; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Wednesday, January 14, 9:31 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash involving a blue Camry and a box truck was reported near the Elm Street rotary; an officer assisted with paper exchange after State Police were unavailable.
Wednesday, January 14, 11:26 a.m. — NEMLEC SWAT Activation: A Concord sergeant responded to a SWAT call-out in Lawrence; all clear.
Wednesday, January 14, 11:30 a.m. — Lost Property: A resident reported losing a wallet containing a passport and bank cards in the area of Main Street; a search yielded no results and the incident was logged.
Wednesday, January 14, 12:27 p.m. — Found Property: A wallet found in the area of Elm Street was turned in to the station; the owner retrieved it.
Wednesday, January 14, 1:05 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A citation was issued on Main Street near Staffordshire Lane for no inspection sticker; a warning was also issued for hands-free violation.
Wednesday, January 14, 1:44 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation at a Walden Street address was investigated; the building checked secure, cause unknown.
Wednesday, January 14, 5:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle vs. Deer: A motorist reported striking a deer near Lexington Road and Manuel Drive; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Wednesday, January 14, 7:04 p.m. — Found Property: A wallet containing a passport and bank cards lost near Concord Depot was brought to the station simultaneously by a passerby; the property was returned directly to the owner.
Thursday, January 15, 8:29 a.m. — NEMLEC Activation: Two Concord units responded to a NEMLEC activation in Uxbridge.
Thursday, January 15, 11:01 a.m. — Disturbance: A library employee on Main Street reported a phone call involving concerning language; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Thursday, January 15, 11:29 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A walk-in reported that a car door had been opened into her vehicle on Sudbury Road the previous day; an officer investigated and found no damage to the involved vehicle.
Thursday, January 15, 9:13 a.m. — Found Property: A wallet found behind a Walden Street business was turned in; the owner retrieved it later that day.
Thursday, January 15, 3:53 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A citation was issued on Concord Turnpike near Old Road to Nine Acre Corner for speed.
Thursday, January 15, 5:58 p.m. — Motor Vehicle vs. Deer: A deer struck by a motor vehicle was found injured off the roadway near Lowell Road; the animal was put down and a passerby was able to salvage it.
Friday, January 16, 3:10 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation at a Willard Common address sounded audibly; responding officers found the home secure and silenced the alarm.
Friday, January 16, 6:45 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation at a Lexington Road address was investigated by Concord and Lincoln officers; the building checked secure, cause unknown.
Friday, January 16, 9:46 a.m. — Traffic Signal Issue: Lights and bells at the West Concord Train Depot on Commonwealth Avenue were activating without a train present; MBCR personnel were found on scene working on the system.
Friday, January 16, 10:18 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Hit and Run): A walk-in reported that a parked motor vehicle on Mill Dam Lane was struck on January 10 and the other driver left the scene; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Friday, January 16, 12:13 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A resident on Gifford Lane reported a possible past scam involving a solar panel installer; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Friday, January 16, 1:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Lockout: A vehicle lockout was reported at Emerson Hospital Garage on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner; an officer assisted successfully.
Friday, January 16, 1:40 p.m. — Lost Property: A walk-in reported a lost passport at Bayberry Road; an officer took a report.
Friday, January 16, 1:48 p.m. — Traffic Enforcement: Two citations for speed were issued during enforcement at the 9300 block of Bedford Street.
Friday, January 16, 8:00 p.m. — Motor Vehicle vs. Deer: A motorist reported striking a deer near Baker Avenue and Crescent Road, with damage to the vehicle door; an officer took a report the following morning.
Saturday, January 17, 12:49 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / OUI (Operating Under the Influence): A single-vehicle crash with airbag deployment was reported on Route 2 westbound near Elm Street; Massachusetts State Police tested the driver and took the operator into custody.
Saturday, January 17, 8:03 a.m. — Request for Service: A resident on Shadyside Avenue reported hunters in the area may be too close to his residence; an officer determined the hunters were a safe distance from any buildings.
Saturday, January 17, 1:48 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A 911 caller reported a motor vehicle crash into a house on the 3100 block of Main Street; fire units responded, determined the house was not struck, and cleared with four patient refusals.
Saturday, January 17, 1:51 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash was reported at Main Street and Conant Street; an officer responded and transported one individual.
Saturday, January 17, 1:56 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported on Route 2 at Walden Street with no injuries; State Police handled the scene.
Saturday, January 17, 2:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at Main Street and Wood Street; fire units responded with three patient refusals.
Saturday, January 17, 2:27 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash on the 6900 block of Lowell Road resulted in minor damage to a utility pole; the utility company was notified and a report was filed.
Saturday, January 17, 4:19 p.m. — Snow Removal / Parking: A vehicle on the 9600 block of Coolidge Road was blocking the roadway during plowing operations; the owner was contacted, could not move the vehicle for several hours, and a parking citation was issued.
Saturday, January 17, 4:21 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A real estate agent reported that a male touring a home on the 7100 block of Main Street attempted to hug and kiss her and then left; an officer investigated and a report was filed.
Saturday, January 17, 4:27 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A single-vehicle crash into a mailbox and fire hydrant at Old Pickard Road and Powder Mill Road was reported; the hydrant was damaged but intact, and a citation was issued to the operator for unreasonable speed.
Saturday, January 17, 5:05 p.m. — Dog Complaint: A caller reported a large mixed-breed dog aggressively lunging at him and his dog in Emerson Field on Thoreau Street; the dog grabbed the caller's jacket cuff but no bite occurred.
Sunday, January 18, 3:11 a.m. — Disturbance: A night manager at a Main Street business reported a customer refusing to leave over a dispute about a pizza order; officers responded and the parties were separated.
Sunday, January 18, 5:05 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A residential alarm activation at a Plainfield Road address was investigated; exterior checks were clear, cause unknown.
Sunday, January 18, 11:57 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash involving a bus and a car in the Higginson parking lot at the Middlesex School on Lowell Road was reported; the bus was unoccupied and no injuries were reported. A report was filed.
Sunday, January 18, 11:59 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation at a Belknap Street address was investigated; confirmed accidental by the homeowner.
Sunday, January 18, 12:46 p.m. — Disturbance: A caller reported a male on an electric scooter yelling at vehicles and driving in the middle of the roadway near Belknap Street and Thoreau Street; officers checked the area but the individual was gone on arrival.
Sunday, January 18, 7:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A five-vehicle crash was reported near Sanborn Middle School on the 3800 block of Old Marlboro Road; poor road conditions were a factor and the Department of Public Works was notified. A report was filed.
Sunday, January 18, 8:39 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A commercial burglary alarm at a Forest Ridge Road address was activated; an officer found an unsecured door and was unable to secure it. A key holder was contacted.
Sunday, January 18, 11:00 p.m. — Disturbance: A caller reported approximately 12 individuals having a snowball fight near the 7-Eleven parking lot on Main Street, raising concern about passersby being struck; officers responded and the group had dispersed by the time of arrival.
Monday, January 19, 1:53 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: Emerson Hospital Security reported that a plow truck struck a vehicle in the hospital parking lot while plowing; an officer responded.
Monday, January 19, 5:20 a.m. — Parking Complaint: A vehicle parked on Dover Street was impeding salting operations; the owner was contacted and moved the vehicle to the driveway.
Monday, January 19, 9:33 a.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A Concord Public Works sidewalk plow broke down in the roadway at Sudbury Road and Old Road to Nine Acre Corner; an officer directed traffic until the plow was retrieved.
