The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Concord Police Department's official public log for the period February 11–17, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, February 11, 12:13 a.m. — Snow Removal/Parking Violation: A white BMW parked in the roadway on Baker Avenue was issued a citation.
Wednesday, February 11, 3:06 a.m. — Snow Removal/Parking Violation: A van with trailer parked on Stow Street in front of the Emerson Umbrella was issued a citation.
Wednesday, February 11, 6:43 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: Written warning issued on Lowell Road for speeding.
Wednesday, February 11, 7:17 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A 2021 Nissan Rogue was stopped at Laws Brook Road and Sunnyside Lane; the operator was found to be unlicensed. A licensed operator arrived to take the vehicle; no tow required.
Wednesday, February 11, 1:03 p.m. — Road Hazard: Multiple callers reported low-hanging wires across Lowell Road between Concord Market and Monument Square; one vehicle became entangled in the wires. Concord Municipal Light Plant responded and removed the wire.
Wednesday, February 11, 1:23 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: Two vehicles were involved in a minor crash at Lowell Road and Bow Street; paper exchange only, no injuries.
Wednesday, February 11, 1:58 p.m. — Road Hazard: A tree fell across Powder Mill Road at Old Pickard Road, closing the road from Old Pickard Road to Stone Root Lane. The road was later reopened.
Wednesday, February 11, 2:45 p.m. — Animal/Injured Deer: Walden Pond staff reported a deer on the property that appeared to have been struck by a vehicle and sustained multiple broken legs; Animal Control was notified.
Wednesday, February 11, 3:01 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Route 2 westbound near Elm Street; Massachusetts State Police handled the scene.
Wednesday, February 11, 4:13 p.m. — Minor Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash was reported in the Verrill Farm parking lot on Wheeler Road; a written warning was issued to the operator of a Chevrolet for failure to use care in backing.
Wednesday, February 11, 6:25 p.m. — Parking Complaint: Library staff reported that the Emerson Umbrella was restricting access and directing vehicles to a paid lot at Stow Street and Sudbury Road during an event; officers responded.
Thursday, February 12, 12:02 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A caller on Concord Greene reported finding an unknown note on her vehicle; an officer spoke with the caller.
Thursday, February 12, 9:03 a.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A walk-in reported being a victim of an online scam with continued demands for money; a report was filed.
Thursday, February 12, 2:19 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported near Commonwealth Avenue at the Rotary area; officers investigated and a report was filed.
Thursday, February 12, 4:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at Route 2 and Sudbury Road; both vehicles were driveable.
Thursday, February 12, 10:46 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A residential alarm was triggered on Baker Avenue; cause was undetermined.
Friday, February 13, 8:33 a.m. — Minor Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor two-vehicle crash was reported; both parties relocated to the Crosby's Marketplace parking lot on Sudbury Road.
Friday, February 13, 9:43 a.m. — Minor Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported on Main Street; officers determined it occurred in a private driveway.
Friday, February 13, 11:22 a.m. — Traffic Complaint: A caller reported a black Jeep Grand Cherokee driving erratically on Lowell Road toward Monument Square with a kitten on the operator's lap; the vehicle was gone on arrival.
Friday, February 13, 1:54 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at a Silver Hill Road residence; officers responded but no details on resolution were recorded.
Friday, February 13, 2:22 p.m. — Parking Complaint: Multiple vehicles were reported parked in a no-parking area on Monsen Road.
Friday, February 13, 10:22 p.m. — Parking Complaint: A vehicle parked on a curve of Musketaquid Road was reported blocking traffic; the vehicle was moved.
Saturday, February 14, 9:13 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at a Strawberry Hill Road address; determined to be accidental.
Saturday, February 14, 1:23 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: Multiple callers reported a two-vehicle crash on Route 2 westbound at Main Street; Massachusetts State Police took over the scene. One person was transported to the hospital.
Saturday, February 14, 1:48 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Citation: A citation was issued on Laws Brook Road at Hillside Avenue for speeding.
Saturday, February 14, 1:35 p.m. — Elder Affairs: A resident on Derby Street called to report issues with her mail; an officer responded and determined it appeared to be a misunderstanding.
Saturday, February 14, 7:43 p.m. — Found Property: A ring found near Main Street was turned in to police.
Sunday, February 15, 2:51 a.m. — Welfare Check: Officers conducted a welfare check on the operator and passenger of a vehicle at a gas station on Commonwealth Avenue; both were found to be fine.
Sunday, February 15, 12:26 p.m. — Lost Property: A Northeastern University student reported his wallet lost or possibly taken, with a tracking signal showing near Lexington Road; officers recovered the wallet and returned it to the owner.
Sunday, February 15, 2:54 p.m. — Assist Other Agency: Lincoln Police requested Concord officers to respond to Walden Pond regarding a backpack containing what appeared to be a firearm found on trails near the Concord/Lincoln line; the item was confirmed to be in Lincoln and the suspected firearm was determined to be an airsoft gun. No further Concord involvement was needed.
Sunday, February 15, 10:30 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at a Florio Drive residence; officers checked the exterior and found the home appeared secure but were unable to make contact with anyone inside.
Monday, February 16, 2:17 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A residential alarm was triggered on Old Marlboro Road; the house checked okay, cause unknown.
Monday, February 16, 2:52 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A residential alarm was triggered on Mattison Drive; the residence checked secure, cause unknown.
Monday, February 16, 2:02 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A walk-in reported fraud affecting her business at a Commonwealth Avenue address; a Concord resident is reported to have lost funds in the incident, and a report was filed.
Tuesday, February 17, 2:00 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A 2020 Nissan Sentra was stopped at Route 2 westbound at Old Road to Nine Acre Corner; the operator was found to have a suspended registration. The vehicle was towed; the operator was issued a summons for no inspection, operating with a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Tuesday, February 17, 2:24 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop/Arrest: A 2025 Honda Accord was stopped at Route 2 westbound at Main Street; the operator was found to have no Massachusetts license status. The operator was transported to the station; a licensed operator was unable to respond and the vehicle was towed. The operator was issued a summons for unlicensed operation.
Tuesday, February 17, 7:56 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Citation: A citation was issued on Elm Street at River Street for a passing violation and marked-lanes violation.
Tuesday, February 17, 8:23 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Citation: A citation was issued on Monument Street for no inspection sticker.
