Wednesday, February 18, 12:52 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers responding to Border Road found an open garage door and open screen door at a residence with no answer; a person watching the home for the owners confirmed everything was in order.
Wednesday, February 18, 4:06 a.m. — Mutual Aid: Concord assisted with a NEMLEC SWAT activation at Harrison Avenue in Woburn.
Wednesday, February 18, 9:37 a.m. — Suspicious Letter: A resident of the 500 block of Border Road reported finding a suspicious letter in their mailbox; officers responded and a follow-up report was filed.
Wednesday, February 18, 9:38 a.m. — Minor Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash with no injuries on the 5600 block of Sudbury Road was handled with a paper exchange only.
Wednesday, February 18, 9:50 a.m. — Suspicious Letter: A walk-in at the station reported finding a suspicious letter in their mailbox at the 6000 block of Walden Street; a follow-up report was initiated.

Wednesday, February 18, 1:05 p.m. — Minor Motor Vehicle Crash: A vehicle was struck in a parking lot on the 7300 block of Commonwealth Avenue; a note was left by a witness, parties spoke directly, and a paper exchange resolved the matter.
Wednesday, February 18, 2:38 p.m. — Larceny (Theft): A contractor reported that a sidewalk plow was taken from The Prescott on Nathan Pratt Drive on or about February 5; follow-up is ongoing.
Wednesday, February 18, 3:05 p.m. — Motor Vehicle (Disabled): A gold van with lights off was reported disabled at Concord Turnpike and Walden Street; a tow responded and the roadway was cleared.
Wednesday, February 18, 9:05 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation on the 5300 block of Westford Road was confirmed accidental by the homeowner.
Wednesday, February 18, 10:05 p.m. — Breaking and Entering (Residential): A resident of Nathan Pratt Drive reported returning home to find a bedroom window open; a lieutenant and detectives responded to investigate.

Saturday, February 21, 5:20 a.m. — Parking / Snow Removal: A Vermont-registered vehicle parked on Assabet Avenue was blocking snow-removal operations; no registered owner was identified at the listed address.
Saturday, February 21, 9:45 a.m. — Suspicious Person: A caller on Thoreau Street reported a man lying in a building vestibule; officers responded but were unable to locate him.

Monday, February 23, 4:12 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: An alarm activation on the 5500 block of Keyes Road was cleared; staff were on scene and no issues were found.
Monday, February 23, 4:53 a.m. — Snow Removal / Parking: Two vehicles parked in the roadway on the 2300 block of Hubbard Street were impeding snow removal; the owner was reached and agreed to have them moved.
Monday, February 23, 11:03 a.m. — Disturbance: Staff at the Colonial Inn in Monument Square reported a guest causing a disturbance and refusing to leave; the situation was resolved when the guest's partner arrived to pick her up.
Monday, February 23, 6:28 p.m. — Motor Vehicle (Stuck on Train Tracks): A Highway Department truck became stuck on the train tracks on Belknap Street; Keolis was notified to hold trains, a tow cleared the vehicle from the tracks, and trains were released.
Monday, February 23, 6:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle (Stuck on Train Tracks — Second Incident): A separate vehicle was found stuck on the tracks directly in front of the Concord Depot on Belknap Street; Keolis was again notified to hold trains and Transit Police responded; a tow removed the vehicle, which appeared drivable.
Monday, February 23, 8:28 p.m. — Parking Violation: A Highway Department report of a vehicle in the municipal lot on Stow Street resulted in a parking citation being issued.
Tuesday, February 24, 2:34 a.m. — Noise Complaint: A resident on Cambridge Turnpike complained about overnight snow removal activity in the parking lot of the Concord Museum; officers confirmed it was a private contractor. (Log entry appears cut off — see REVIEW section.)
